Take a bite of the Bigfoot CSA Share! Your CSA membership fee offers you a value of 8 weeks of standard and unique varieties of your favorite, or soon-to-be-favorite, vegetables. It creates an opportunity for you to truly know where and how your food is produced and explore the benefits of local, seasonal eating. Each box is a "farmers' choice" assortment of 6-7 items of fresh, in-season produce grown in McDowell County! Add-ons such as microgreens, pork, beef, baked goods, cut flowers, eggs, jellies, honey, herbs, extra produce and more, will be available each week when possible and can be purchased. Otherwise no changes or exceptions can be made to your pre-selected produce box, except in the case of allergies*. Weekly pick-up at Foothills Food Hub, 263 Barnes Rd, on Monday evenings 5:30 to 7:30 pm starting Monday, July 29. We look forward to feeding you!
